Description
A very handy curd cutter.
Blades are made from stainless steel, the handle from plastic.
It is perfect for pots with volume of up to about 20-30 litres. It guarantees even curd cutting and obtaining homogeneous granules. This in turn affects the further process of drying granules, whey draining and cheese moulding.
Dimensions of the cutting element: 8 x 11 cm.
