Description
Uniform portions ready for packing
The Plevnik EB 10 butter forming machine helps you prepare butter with a consistent cross-section. It operates without cold water and allows air pockets and excess water to be removed before the butter receives its final shape.
Controlled forming by hand
Place butter in the 10 litre tank and turn the hand crank to press it through the nozzle. Two gear ratios allow fast and precise piston movement. Cut the formed butter to the required length to prepare portions for packing and sale.
Stainless steel and supplied nozzle
The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The supplied type 1 nozzle has an internal cross-section of 55 × 30 mm. A 100 mm length of butter from this nozzle weighs approximately 150 g; the portion weight is indicative.
