Description
Bimetalic thermometer. Made entirely of plastics. The scale is printed on a white pad, covered with a plastic lens.
Temperature range from -35°C do + 45°C
Tolerance of error up to about +/- 1°C
Thermometers intended for fridges, refrigerators and coolers. In the upper part they have a hook for hanging. The tips are protected against damage by covers, which ensures safety during their use.
It is used to control the temperature during drying and maturing of cheese. The high temperature range allows you to control the temperature also in places other than the fridge - e.g. in the basement.
It can also be used to control the temperature e.g. in the freezer, so that the bacterial cultures stored in it for cheese production will have the right conditions.
