Description

A high-quality sieve with a handle made from stainless steel. Dense weave allows straining e.g. delicate rennet or acid-curd. It also fits for draining yogurt cheeses. The main part of the sieve is made of fine steel mesh. Sieves are solid and durable. Two hooks on the opposite side of the handle enable you to place the sieve, e.g. on a pot.
