The container is intended by the manufacturer for storing cakes. However, it is perfect for ripening and storing cheese. Very popular among home and farm cheese.
The grille on the legs allows the cheese to breathe freely. The cover protects against excessive drying.
The container is also well suited to the ripening of blue cheese and red mold cheese.
It has 4 latches and a handle enabling free carrying of the container with its contents.
