Description
A professional dairy mat is manufactured from durable materials. It serves as a mat for ripening cheese shelves, tables or bathtubs for dripping, etc.
Its special structure creates perfect conditions (air flow and humidity, it additionally evenly support the cheese) for the dripping, drying and ripening of the cheese.
Thanks to being manufactured from plastic, you can easily clean and disinfect it.
The material is not easily worn down, and it will suffice for many years, therefore it is in practice a one-time purchase.
You can cut it with scissors or a knife depending on your needs (e.g., for the width of shelves, tables, etc.)
