Description
An innovative solution for your cheeses! A special foam ensures even support and air circulation under the cheese. The mat is made of two-layer polyurethane foam suitable for contact with food.
Thanks to the soft and even support, it does not leave any traces on the cheese. Air circulation allows even drying and prevents the growth of mold.
It is not recommended for use with very moist cheeses (e.g. immediately after removing from the brine).
Dimensions: 47 x 30 cm, can be easily cut with scissors.
