Description
This board for turning and transferring cheese in multimoulds is a simple, practical addition to the cheesemaking workstation. When working with a larger batch, it helps organise transfers between stages instead of handling every portion separately.
Its flat surface and 70 × 50 cm dimensions provide a working area for handling cheese in an assembly of moulds. The board is made of plastic and is 1 cm thick. It is useful whenever a flat component is needed for turning or transferring a batch.
Before use, check that the board dimensions suit your multimoulds and workstation layout. Adapt the transfer method to cheese type and consistency, work in a controlled manner and properly support the assembly being handled.
