Description
A form that allows you to make beautiful oscypek cheese at home. Oscypiorka is made of wood, which guarantees its durability. It has holes through which whey drains during cheese forming. The resulting cheese will have the shape of a cylinder with a characteristic pattern.
Diameter in the middle about 6 cm. Length about 7.5 cm. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of production.
The form is made of linden wood - durable and solid.
Forms produced in mountainous regions, in the vicinity of Poronin, using traditional methods.
Remember to grease the form with hot edible oil before first use!
