How to use
To make butter, simply use cream with a high fat content – fresh or store-bought.
Before the first use, wipe the churn dry and impregnate it with very warm edible oil (such as sunflower or rapeseed).
Repeat the oiling process periodically depending on how often it’s used.
After use, wash the churn with water, wipe it dry, and let it air dry in a ventilated place.
Do not expose a damp churn to sunlight or heat sources – this may cause the wood to crack.
