The HI 93501 is a compact thermometer for routine checks in food production. It is useful when you need a clear reading while checking a product or a production stage. The reinforced white waterproof housing is easy to keep clean, and the probe connection at the bottom makes handling convenient.

Functions that support daily work

HOLD retains the reading on screen. The stability indicator shows when the measurement is settling, while CAL CHECK runs an electronic accuracy check at start-up. A probe error indicator alerts you to a disconnected, incorrectly connected or damaged probe. Battery replacement is straightforward.

Supplied with a penetration probe

The set includes the FC 762PW reinforced stainless-steel thermistor penetration probe with a 1 m cable and batteries. The probe suits semi-solid and thawed products. Meter accuracy and probe accuracy are separate specifications; refer to both when assessing your measurement.
