Description
Weigh ingredients and finished cheese
One scale is useful at several stages of home production: weighing ingredients, preparing salt for brine and checking the weight of finished cheese. The range up to 5 kg also suits everyday kitchen work with dry and liquid ingredients.
Tare and a clear reading
Tare subtracts the container weight and lets you add ingredients in sequence without removing the previous ones from the platform. Graduation is 1 g and units are selectable from g, lb and oz. Overload and low-battery indicators help monitor operating conditions. Do not exceed the maximum 5 kg load.
Construction and power
Grey platform made of 4 mm tempered glass, large display and simple function buttons. Automatic zeroing and Auto-Off for switching off an unused scale. AAA batteries are included; the product is packed in a cardboard box.
Prepare for weighing
Place the scale on a stable, level surface and zero it before weighing. Operate and clean according to the instructions. The 1 g figure describes the display graduation; consider portion size when selecting a scale.
