A solid and functional mould designed for producing aged cheeses — perfect for Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar, and Swiss-type cheeses.
With the included pressing lid, it ensures even shaping of the cheese block during pressing.
Made of thick, durable plastic, resistant to high pressure and repeated use. The construction provides excellent rigidity during pressing – the reduced number of drainage holes ensures maximum stability and strength.
Pressing plays a key role in cheesemaking – it helps to remove excess whey, compact the curd, and create a uniform, dense cheese body, directly affecting the texture, appearance, and ripening quality of the final product.
Available in various sizes to suit different cheese types and milk volumes.
For best results, use with a cheesecloth.
