Description
High quality cheese mold dedicated to Taleggio cheese. Of course, it is also perfect for different types of rennet and acidic cheeses.
Individual elements making the form are described below:
- Small mold - dimensions 19x19 cm, height 7 cm, capacity about 1,5 kg
- Big mold - dimensions 19x19 cm, height 15 cm, capacity about 2,2 kg
- Extension - is used to increase the height by 5 cm, it fits to small and big molds, so you can multiply extensions
- Separator - put in the mold, height 7 cm, allows dividing into 4 same pieces; in a small mold you can put one, in a big two
- Inset with pattern - put at the bottom and on top - allows turning around the entire construction without taking out cheese from the mold, even pressing and dripping.
To buy individual elements, you need to add them to the card+ individually.
