Description
When filling moulds, convenient transfer of curd from the vessel to the moulding area makes work easier. This professional scoop also acts as a strainer, helping you remove curd and cheese grains from a pot or vat while draining off some of the whey.
Made from thick AISI 304 stainless steel, it is a sturdy tool for regular dairy work. The 24 cm scooping section accommodates a larger portion, so check the opening of your vessel before choosing it.
Two variants are available: a straight handle measuring 34 cm or a curved handle measuring 37 cm. Choose the shape to suit your grip and workspace; select one variant when ordering.
