Description
The square tower shapes a regular cheese block and allows pressing in a stack. Practical for shaping several cheeses one above another, with finished blocks convenient for slicing or dividing into smaller portions.
Stack the moulds so the weight of the upper levels presses the cheeses below. The thick, durable PE body has a square section and tapers gently downwards. Made in Italy for approximately 3–4 kg of cheese. The geometric shape also makes an attractive whole-cheese presentation.
Choose the size with your cheese recipe and drainage method in mind: stated finished cheese weights are approximate. As the curd drains, it gradually takes shape, so matching the mould to the planned portion helps organise your cheesemaking.
