Description
Professional sponge used for coat application (both with the anti-fugicide coat and without it). Polyacetate is equally distributed permeats also to the small cracks and micro-cracks of the cheese, due to which the protective function of the coat is very effective.
The sponge is not suitable for covering cheese withe wax/paraffine! The brushes should be used for this.
The sponge should be rinsed in warm water after use; a detergent, e.g. dishwashing liquid, can be used to clean it.
