Description
Polyacetate sponge – an even cheese finish
Carefully applied coating helps achieve an attractive, evenly protected cheese surface. This professional sponge makes it easier to apply polyacetate with or without antifungal protection.
The soft applicator helps spread the preparation into small recesses and microcracks. This makes even coverage easier without missing harder-to-reach areas. Follow the layer count and application method recommended for your coating.
Not suitable for applying wax or paraffin. Rinse in warm water after use. A detergent such as washing-up liquid can be used, followed by thorough rinsing.
Dimensions: 15 × 10 cm; thickness 6 cm. A handy format for home and artisan cheese batches.
