The Ricottiera mold is an indispensable tool for every cheese maker, designed specifically for the production of curd cheeses such as Ricotta, but also ideal for making rennet cheeses and cottage cheese. Its design allows for even draining of whey and achieves the perfect cheese consistency.
Cheeses formed in the Ricottiera acquire an elegant, conical shape, which not only affects their aesthetics, but also supports the ripening process. The mold is available in several capacity variants – from 0.25 kg to 0.75 kg of cheese, which allows you to tailor your choice to your individual needs.
