Shelled walnuts

The walnut is the fruit of a deciduous tree naturally found in Asia and south-eastern Europe. Widely cultivated in Poland, it is valued both as a snack and as an ingredient in desserts, salads and baked goods.

Use in cheesemaking

Walnuts pair beautifully with fresh, breakfast and matured farmhouse cheeses. They add elegance and gentle bitterness, creating unique flavour combinations appreciated in premium cheeses, such as Gorgonzola, Brie and Camembert, and in flavoured cheeses.

Ingredients: walnut.
