Application in cheesemaking:
Walnuts pair excellently with artisan cheeses – fresh, breakfast-style, and matured. They add elegance and a subtle bitterness, creating unique flavor combinations especially appreciated in premium cheeses (e.g. gorgonzola, brie, camembert) and flavored cheeses.
