Description

The Shell mould gives pressed cheese a decorative pattern without extra cutting or ornamentation. An attractive choice for a cheese board, whole-cheese presentation or a distinctive small-dairy product.

Made from thick plastic for pressed cheeses weighing approximately 0.6 kg. A shell pattern is imprinted on one side, while the other is gently rounded. Internal height is approximately 9–10 cm because the recess forms the decorative pattern. The small cheese retains an appealing presentation when portioned.

Choose the size with your cheese recipe and drainage method in mind: stated finished cheese weights are approximate. As the curd drains, it gradually takes shape, so matching the mould to the planned portion helps organise your cheesemaking.
