San Simon Mold
Description
San Simon Mold gives the cheese a characteristic, dignified look, reminiscent of a large drop of water. San Simon cheese are produced in Spain, Galicia. They have a unique conical shape. Now you can make such beautiful cheese at home. Of course, the form is suitable for many different types of cheese - it's just a matter of shape.
The form is available in three sizes:
- 10x17 cm (0,6 kg)
- 11,5x18,5 (0,75 kg)
- 13x20 cm (1,1 kg)
All cheese forms have holes for whey to drain.
Molds intended for pressing due to their construction have fewer holes, which ensures rigidity and solidity of the mold under large pressure.
The mold has a lid for pressing included.
