Description
Make coating prepared cheese more convenient. This brush is intended for food contact and is used for waxing or applying cheese coating to ripening cheeses. It lets you guide successive strokes and spread the material over the cheese surface according to your chosen coating method.
The round working section, approximately 2 cm in diameter, allows local application and helps you guide the brush around the cheese. Bristles are 4.5 cm long and the whole brush is 19 cm long, making it easy to assess its size before choosing.
