Description
Retina wicker-pattern combines practical cheesemaking with a decorative finish. Made from durable, hygienic plastic, it takes its name from a pattern inspired by classic wicker baskets. The pattern gives cheese a distinctive texture and an elegant handmade appearance.
Suitable for rennet-set and whey cheeses. The perforation layout supports even whey drainage and curd shaping, while the easy-clean, reusable construction makes it practical for regular use. Four sizes let you choose the portion that suits your cheesemaking.
