Description
The rectangular Ricottiera shapes a regular cheese block that is convenient to portion. Suitable for ricotta and other soft and semi-hard cheeses when you want variety in your cheese shapes.
At 20 × 13 × 11 cm, it produces a cheese weighing approximately 1.5 kg. The elongated shape helps plan even pieces for serving, tasting or sharing a larger portion with the household.
Choose the size with your cheese recipe and drainage method in mind: stated finished cheese weights are approximate. As the curd drains, it gradually takes shape, so matching the mould to the planned portion helps organise your cheesemaking.
