Description
Raspberry - fruit preparation
Turn plain yoghurt or cream cheese into a dessert with a distinctive flavour. This preparation adds the selected flavour to dairy products without making the addition from scratch. It is a convenient choice for small dairy workshops and producers expanding their range of yoghurts and desserts.
Two appetising ways to serve
Mix the preparation into yoghurt to distribute the flavour throughout, or place it at the bottom of the container and cover with yoghurt. A layered dessert is visually appealing and lets the customer combine the layers while eating. The preparation can also be used in drinking yoghurt and cream cheese; adjust the quantity to your recipe and desired flavour.
Ingredients
sucrose, raspberries (30,0%), water, thickeners (modified maize starch E1422, pectins E440), flavouring, acid (citric acid E330), colour (carmines E120).
Packaging and origin
Hermetically sealed 3 kg can, opened without a can opener. Shelf life: 12 months from production. Country of origin: Belgium.
Storage: in a dark, dry place at 0–25°C.
