Pneumatic drip press
With the POS 50 pneumatic drip press, you get three devices in one: a cheese drip table, a preparation room and a press.
It is used for taking the cheese mass, draining the whey, initial shaping and pressing in cheese molds.
All processes (including cleaning) are manual.
Approximate processing capacity: 50 kg of cheese mass. Expected curd height: 100 mm
Material: parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel W. No. 1.4301 (AISI 304).
Dimensions (LxWxH) - for installation: 1120 x 680 x 2100 mm, tank inside: 1000 x 580 x 300 mm (from the floor to the top edge: 850 mm)
Working height 810 mm.

• two (2) pressure points - pistons
