Plate manufactured from aluminum foil with heat-sealable lacquer PP/PS/PVC/PET free, unprinted.
For direct contact with food and cosmetict from internal side.

Plates testet with containers and sealer form our offer - they hold perfectly and come off with just the right amount of resistance when opening the container.

The raw materials used in our films are selected in accordance with current scientific knowledge and are certified by our suppliers as harmless to human health. The raw materials used (aluminum alloys and coating components) are monitored, tested and controlled in accordance with production quality assurance procedures.

The product meets the requirements:

• Regulation EC 1935/2004 of the European Parliament dated 27.10.2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC.
• Regulation EC 1895/2005 dated 18.11.2005 on the restriction of the use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
• Commission Regulation 10/2011 dated 14.01.2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs
• Regulation EC 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18.12.2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
• EU Directive 94/62/EC Article 11(1) guarantees the sum of the concentration level of cadmium, lead mercury, chromium and aluminum metal applicable to the production of packaging - a level below 100ppm.
• Commission Regulation EC 2023/2006 dated 22/12/2006 on good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

In addition, the surface coatings used comply with FDA (CFR 21.175.300) and Council of Europe Resolution AP (2004) 1.

The manufacturing process does not use bisphenol A and/or phthalates.

It is possible to make direct printing of plates - for larger orders.
