Description
The curd cutter, also called cheese harp, is made of special plastic adapted to contact with food, flexible and durable.
Perfectly suited for pots over 10 liters to about 50 liters and even more. It guarantees even cutting of the curd and obtaining uniform grains. This affects the further process of drying the grain, draining the whey and forming cheese.
