Description
SKM cheese boilers are intended for small farms where small amounts of milk are processed (from 50 to 150 liters at a time).
They are designed to work at a maximum temperature of 75oC or optionally 90oC.
Heating is done by electricity through a water jacket made of stainless steel (type W.Nr. 1.4301; AISI 304).
The milk is cooled by means of water or a collector.
We offer a large selection of additional equipment (e.g. stable frame, agitator, outlet valve).
