FJ 90 is an economical separator for users who want to turn milk into their own cream and skimmed milk products. A capacity of 90 litres per hour suits households, small farms and micro-dairies. The 12-litre container makes it easier to measure successive portions and organise the workstation.

Adjust cream collection to the milk

The adjustment changes the amount of cream collected, approximately 10–12% of the milk volume. The final quantity and fat content depend on the milk and settings. For example, 100 l of milk containing 4.5% fat can yield approximately 10–12 l of cream with around 40% fat. These figures are indicative. Separate milk at 30–40°C; the description gives approximately 35°C as a working temperature.

Gentle start-up and practical materials

The soft-start system accelerates the appliance gradually, supporting quiet operation with reduced vibration. The stated maximum speed is 9500 rpm. The milk container and cream and skimmed milk outlets are plastic. The high-quality separating discs are made from certified anodised aluminium.
