FJ 600 EAR longlife is a cream separator intended for larger volumes of milk. A capacity of up to 600 litres per hour allows separation to become a regular stage of processing on a farm or in a small dairy. The resulting cream and skimmed milk can then be used according to your production method.

Settings to suit the milk

The external controller provides continuous speed adjustment from 6000 to 7500 rpm. This helps match separator operation to the characteristics of each batch, including its fat content. The electronic SLOW START system accelerates the appliance gradually; the stated time to reach maximum working speed and capacity is approximately 30 seconds.

LONGLIFE motor and a stable workstation

The brushless motor is sealed and separated from the other components, protecting it from contact with milk and water. The LONGLIFE design focuses on durability, rather than an unlimited service life. Rubber feet support stability and reduce vibration transmission during operation.

Materials and configuration

The separator drum is aluminium; the other milk-contact components, including the cream and skimmed milk outlets, are stainless steel. This version includes a 50 l milk container with securing handles. Motor power: 150 W; supply: 230 V. Operate, position and clean the appliance according to its instructions.
