FJ 350 EAR is intended for semi-professional and professional users who want to separate cream efficiently from larger batches of milk. A capacity of approximately 350 litres per hour helps plan this processing stage on a farm or in a dairy. The cream and skimmed milk can then be used according to your production process.

Stainless steel construction and secure mounting

The body, 22-litre milk container, container holder and milk and cream outlets are made from AISI 304 stainless steel. Secure hooks hold the container in place, while rubber feet help keep the appliance stable on the work surface. All key components are made from approved and certified materials.

Precision disc stack

The drum contains two alternating types of discs: 14 flat and 15 ribbed discs. This arrangement reduces sticking between the discs. The construction description specifies a 14 µm anodised layer. An adjusting screw changes the amount of cream collected, approximately 8–12% of the milk volume — this should not be confused with the fat percentage of the cream.

Start-up and everyday use

The quiet 250 W motor works with SLOW START technology for gentle acceleration.
