Description
Closing the pack as the final production stage
The manual sealer prepares filled cups for further handling and sale by closing them with aluminium foil lids. It is a practical workstation for small batches where the operator wants direct control over pack positioning and each seal.
Match the cup and working pace
The standard version is designed for 95 mm cups. Each seal takes approximately 1–2 seconds, with an output of up to 250 seals per hour. Additional lid-holding elements reduce lid movement as it slides under the sealing element. Actual throughput also depends on cup preparation and handling.
Configuration and workstation setup
The machine is manufactured in the European Union. The sealing temperature is matched to the intended cups and aluminium foil lids; check material compatibility before use. Adaptation to other diameters is available at extra cost. Select the version for your packaging and operate according to the instructions.
