Manchego - professional microperforated cheese mold.
The perforation channels are short: only 3 mm. For cleaning purposes this is ideal, the risk of blocking the perforations becomes negligible.
Cheese from this mold will have a beautiful cylindrical shape and an elegant right angle between the side and bottom and top.

The mold is finished on the bottom, side and cover (option) with beautiful pattern - traditional look of Manchego cheese.

20 x 15 cm, 3 kg, without pattern on the side
20,2 x 15 cm, 3 kg, with pattern on the side
Professional microperforated molds allows to press cheese without using cheese cloths. This improves work, lowers costs and boosts higiene level. This forms are used in profrssional dairy producers. Thanks to us, the highest technology can also appear in your cheese factory or at home!
Patented production technology, one-piece plastic injection, perforations ranging from 0.2 mm to 0.7 mm - these are the main features of these products.
Cheese makers usually encounter the problem that when using a new cheese mold, their cheese tends to stick to the walls, making it difficult to remove from the mold and in many cases causing the cheese to eventually crack. The modern microperforated molds in our range are piped with an exclusive chemical treatment that ensures the smoothness of the mold walls preventing the cheese from cracking during removal from the mold.
Microperforated molds are made of plastic: PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene). The quality of both materials is top-notch, completely virgin and supplied by multinationals such as Basf, BP and Shell.
These two types of plastics are suitable for food contact according to EEC regulations.
For greater efficiency, microperforation is done at a 45º angle to avoid breaking the chemical chain of the raw material and thus breaking the mold.
