Starter culture for direct inoculation.
Dry, frozen starter cultures.
Starter in the form of a powder (lyophilisate). The screw-on packaging enables repeated pouring of the required dose, closing and storing in the freezer. The starter culture is resistant to higher temperatures during transport.
Package for 100 or 1000 L milk.

Used for:
Semi-hard and soft cheeses, mixture especially recommended and dedicated to traditional and aromatic Gouda cheese.
