Description
MICROPLEX – a thin coating, convenient application
Protect the cheese surface evenly without creating a thick layer. MICROPLEX from Micromilk s.r.l. is an aqueous dispersion of vinyl acetate copolymers with active preservatives: E202 potassium sorbate and E200 sorbic acid.
After rapid water evaporation it forms a thin protective layer. This coating format supports efficient product use and helps protect the surface against mould and external contamination.
Directions: immerse the cheese in the preparation and remove it immediately. Then leave it to dry. Work hygienically to cover the surface evenly and avoid contaminating the contents of the pack.
The preparation complies with Regulations (EC) 1935/2004, 2023/2006, 10/2011, 450/2009 and 1333/2008.
Keep the closed pack in a clean, cool, dry place at 5–35°C. Open only in a hygienically protected area. Protect from sunlight and heat sources, which may alter the product properties. Pack: 1 kg.
