Description
Rind care is one stage of working with ripening cheese. This brush is used for brushing cheese during drying and ripening, helping mechanically remove dirt, deposits and natural surface growth according to your chosen rind-care method.
The large format is useful for moving the brush over a larger rind surface. Bristle stiffness is selected for cheese brushing, but adapt the intensity to the rind type and ripening stage so that you work gently where needed.
A practical tool for regular work in a home ripening space or dairy. Clean the brush after use and prepare it for next time. Colour is supplied at random; the photo does not indicate a choice of a particular colour.
