Description
The Larta series of professional milk coolers includes 13 milk coolers with various capacities from 50 to 2,500 liters and tankers to meet the needs of any milk and cheese production facility.
The common feature of all Larta series tanks is fast and durable cooling and maximum energy savings.
All tanks are made of materials suitable for food production in accordance with European and American ISO5708/EN13732/3A standards.
The equipment guards a short cooling time to prevent bacterial growth and milk acidification (lowering of рН). The milk is mixed by a special roller with a geared motor at the right speed to achieve proper fat homogenization and even cooling throughout the milk volume without frothing.
The carefully considered design of the tanks also provides other valuable advantages in milk production, such as space saving, ease of operation and ease of movement, installation, repair and maintenance.
The refrigeration mechanisms and their capacities are designed to meet the needs of sheep and goat farming and cow farming.
