LACTOMAT BISONIC – milk analyser

Practical milk checks for your daily production

LACTOMAT BISONIC combines milk analysis with an ultrasonic stirrer to remove air from the sample. A 32-bit ARM Cortex processor, protected electronics, stainless steel housing and separate serial ports for printer and computer support everyday operation.

Regular checks of incoming milk help organise purchasing, batch records and cheesemaking. This ultrasonic analyser brings the main milk parameters together at one workstation, making it easier to compare successive samples and prepare records for suppliers.

Three calibration channels

Standard calibrations cover cow, goat and sheep milk. Further calibration is possible for UHT, buffalo, pasteurised, mixed or skimmed milk, whey and other milk types and derivatives. Match calibration to the sample type before measurement.
