Description
Koryciński Crown is a wide, low cheese mould for traditional rennet-set cheeses, including Koryciński-style cheese. Its shape produces a larger-diameter cheese with a lower profile, giving it a distinctive appearance and supporting even ripening.
Openings in the sides and lower section allow whey to drain as the curd takes shape. Durable, easy-clean material makes the mould suitable for repeated use in home cheesemaking and professional dairies. The broad outline presents the cheese attractively as a whole or in portions, while the low profile gives it its characteristic form.
