Description
Small portions under control
The compact pocket scale helps weigh small portions of rennet, starter cultures, calcium chloride or lipase. Its range up to 200 g and two-decimal display suit ingredients used in small amounts.
Functions that make measuring easier
Tare subtracts packaging weight; the clear five-digit LCD with blue backlight makes reading easier. A transparent plastic lid closes over the platform after use. Automatic switch-off occurs after 30 seconds. The model has an automatic calibration function; its use is explained in the instructions.
