Description
Bring homemade cheese to breakfast, tastings or a cheese board. Fresco is a convenient mould for small portions of curd cheese, cream cheese, ricotta and Camembert-style cheese.
Made from durable food-contact plastic, its perforated surface allows whey to drain and helps the cheese mass take shape. Reusable and suitable for washing by hand or in a dishwasher. Choose an option for approximately 100 g, 125–150 g or 300–500 g of cheese. These weights are indicative and depend on the cheese and degree of drainage.
