Description
Delicate cheeses call for a tool that separates whey without pouring out the entire vessel. This fine stainless steel strainer is suitable for draining whey-cheese curd, acid-rennet curd, cheese mixtures and yoghurt. Fine steel mesh forms its main working section.
The handle makes it easy to manoeuvre, while the hook opposite lets you rest the strainer on a suitably sized pot or other vessel. This helps organise draining and liquid collection. Check that it is supported securely before filling.
This sturdy strainer comes in three diameters. Choose 10, 14 or 20 cm to suit your portions and vessel. It can be washed in a dishwasher after use; select one variant when ordering.
