Description

The engine in this model has been tightly closed and separated from the other elements, which ensures no contact with milk or water.

The motor is brushless - thanks to that its life is almost unlimited.

External engine speed regulator - RPM can be adjusted smoothly from 6,000 to 7,500 rpm, thanks to which it is possible to adjust the centrifugation to different content of ingredients, e.g. milk fat content and achieve the most effective results.

With the help of electronic control (SLOW START) in 30 seconds you can reach the maximum working speed and a capacity of 600 liters / hour.

The centrifuge drum is made of special, harmless aluminum.

All other parts that are in contact with milk, i.e. housing, 50-liter container with fixing holders, cream and centrifuged milk outlets etc. are made of stainless steel.

Durable rubber feet ensure device stability and extremely quiet operation.
