Description
Your own butter on a farm or in a small dairy
The FJ 32 processes larger batches of cream when small-scale home churning is no longer enough. The electric drive handles mixing, while speed adjustment helps adapt the process to the cream and the stage of churning. It provides a practical workstation for regular butter production.
32 l tank, 4–13 l working fill
Total tank capacity is 32 litres. Use 4 to 13 litres of cream per cycle; the full tank volume is not the permitted working fill. The 370 W motor has adjustable speed to increase or reduce the mixing pace. Indicative churning time is 20–35 minutes with cream at 10–15°C, and also depends on its fat content.
Observe and continue processing
The large lid lets you observe butter production. A separate buttermilk outlet makes it easier to drain before further butter processing. The removable mixing element and the rest of the machine are stainless steel for easier cleaning after use.
Functions that support operation
The model has an automatic safety switch and a motor-stop function at the end of churning. These do not replace correct operating practices: prepare, use and clean the machine according to its instructions. The photographs below illustrate example stages of butter preparation; their timing depends on the cream and conditions.
