FJ 30 - medium-sized kettle + pasteuriser

From milk to your own cheese — on a small dairy scale

FJ 30 combines a cheesemaking kettle and a pasteuriser, allowing you to process milk in one compact appliance. A batch range from 5 to approximately 30 litres is suitable for small production runs, recipe trials and successive batches of cheese. Match the quantity of milk to your plans without having to fill the tank completely.

Control temperature and time

The electronic panel lets you set the temperature and holding time. The heater switches off when the programmed time has elapsed. An additional thermometer provides an independent temperature check. The appliance heats milk up to 90°C; the stated heating time from 4 to 90°C is up to 75 minutes. Select process parameters for the particular product and follow the appliance instructions.

A water jacket separates the heater from the milk container, providing indirect heating and reducing the risk of scorching. After heating, water cooling is possible by connecting a cold water supply to the appropriate connection as specified in the instructions.

Convenience after processing

The removable container makes emptying and cleaning easier — there is no need to lift the entire appliance. AISI 304 stainless steel construction suits everyday milk processing. Its compact dimensions also make it easier to find space in a small production room.
