Precise cream separation

Milky FJ 130 Stainless separates raw milk into skimmed milk with approximately 0.1% fat and cream with an adjustable fat content. An adjusting screw controls the quantity and consistency of the cream: a smaller amount of thicker, richer cream or a larger amount of lighter cream. This is useful for butter, cheese, table cream and milk standardisation.

The heart of the appliance — a precision drum

The precisely balanced drum supports stable, quiet operation. It contains 21 stainless steel discs: 11 ribbed and 10 smooth. The upper part is food-contact-approved anodised aluminium. This construction supports effective fat separation and durability.
