Perfect for households and semi-professional users.
Friendly, very quiet; brushless "LONGLIFE" motor can process about 130 liters of milk / hour. Engine speed is constant.
Using an adjustable screw, you can adjust the density of cream between approx. 8% -12% (depending on temperature and milk quality).
The rotational speed is max. 9500 / min.
The fat content in the cream always depends on the fat content in the milk.
E.g. from 100 liters of milk with 4.5% fat - you can get 10-12 liters of cream with a fat content of about 40%.
Milk should be spun at a temperature of 30-40 degrees C.
Innovative "SLOW START" technology.
All parts in contact with the raw material are made of certified materials. In this model, the bowl, outlets and the upper body are made of stainless steel.
